Happiness is that state of mind where the molecules, cells of our body become energized and unstable. To gain stability these energized cells disperse the surplus energy to the external environment in the form of glow and smile on face. It is some kind of (invisible!) magic portion that spreads from one person to another (i.e., highly contagious!!!). In short, happiness is that essence of life which touches everybody & everything. One can only feel happy when we are able to make others smile and be joyful. Being happy is all about positive outlook towards life and making others seeing it. I usually feel happy when I see anything beautiful around me, even a bright colored paper is enough to tick off my happiness clock. Happiness is feeling God’s love and grace through the nature and surroundings around us. I feel I am happy whenever I feel that Love through a flower or a friend or a pet or a musical note.

We want positive outlook for happiness. All other things are sheer waste of time, money and effort. Whenever we have positive outlook, we feel positive, even sometimes lucky and happy and we spread that happiness into others through our smiles. We share the happiness with the world through our smiles, the spring in our steps or even through a tune playing around our lips. Yes, each of us is able to give happiness to others. It’s just that we are not able to identify the disguise of happiness. Happiness is often disguised in small forms and in unlikely places but it’s our duty to seek it out and spread it through.

If one single person smiles at u it changes your outlook of the world and this positive outlook is brought about just because someone smiled at u. We often seek happiness in our surroundings when that ultimate power lies within us. It’s we ourselves who keep us from being happy. Our tensions, treacheries , worries drive us away from the fountain of happiness, Love, care, joy etc and strands us in the desert. All the happiness of the world is trapped inside this small capsule called ‘Body’.

Basically happiness is directly related to state of mind and all other things have negligible effect on happiness. It takes a positive person to be happy for only he can be youthful, Hence age, education, religion, money does not have any effect. We cannot say that there are no influences of the above said factors on happiness at all. It is the importance we associate to each of the above said factors that serves as measure of happiness for each of us. If we want to really measure the happiness we should try to measure the satisfaction we get from these factors (?) in life. In the end happiness is all about positive vibes in and around us. Principle 1: Become genuinely interested in other people.
A simple way to make a good impression.
The expression one wears on one's face if far more important than the clothes one wears on one's back. Actions speak louder than words, and a smile says, " I like you. You make me happy. I am glad to see you." You must have a good time meeting people i f you expect them to have a good time meeting you. You don't feel like smiling? Then what? Two things. First, force yourself to smile. If you are alone, force yourself to whistle or hum a tune or sing. Act as if you were already happy, and that will tend to make you happy.
